High school gym locker theft & teacher failed to lock the room, isn't the school liable for this error? - best gym lock
When I took my daughter to school today, crying, while her cell phone and Ipod (Christmas) from her locker, gym have been stolen, and other girls. She said that it is the teacher, the room, while in the class fix, but today was not locked. In general, the professor did not hesitate, you can close it! In addition, students are required to use the equipment from the school. Someone was in the blocks, possibly with a master key ... I smell a rat. What is more alarming are the idiots who run the school, I called to sign in an administrator and was invited to a police report on my own unbelievable file. I agree that there is no need to talk am I sure she feels horrible, but I doubt you could win a case like this. Have you or your daughter will sign a document to the lockers to?
