What is the best kind of cake for a detailed molded pan? - best of desnudo video
I bought a beautiful cake pan from Williams Sonoma and a mini-cake (a little larger than the cupcakes) in the form of flowers. The petals are very detailed, and I know what kind of cake would be a better filling and keep the details because they are baked. I thought a cake dense but not sure.

Any cake recipe works. Make sure you spray the pan with cooking spray with flour in it. I form a rose-shaped and syringes is the only way I can get everything clean out.
