Oh my God! NO! You say you have white skin, do not care what you use a tanning bed! They damage the skin so bad!
I am recommending is realllly Instant Tanning, Garnier, a large spray or use a progressive accumulation of lotion that smells delicious Palmer and looks very natural, and how often you apply, you will have a TAN in nearly 2 in 3 days!
Thus, the least expensive and safe!
